Hands down our favorite home improvement/contractor company we have worked with. Neftali is so patient and kind. Our project ran into some issues with lines that needed to be re-ran from the old cameras, etc and the team was incredibly patient and insistent on getting everything perfect for us (4K, cell phone access, tips on placement, zones, etc) even when it went quite over schedule. We also asked so many questions and have hard schedules to work around.

How often do we get to say a company is Fabulous to work with on a big project? They have gone above and beyond with service and care installing our cameras and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and am trying to get my whole HOA to switch over because they are So Much More Responsive than our current security company. They did Not try to oversell at all or do anything but fair pricing. They were super communicative and provided guidance but also let us make final decisions. Highly recommend Neftali and his team!

As a small business and how intensely our neighborhood is changing we wanted to get a security camera system to have for our business, customer and employee safety. We where very hesitant because of the cost many of these companies charge is CRAZY expensive especially during these hard economic times. Living in an aged house, I was prepared for installers to encounter surprises with wiring and navigating the small attic crawl space when installing my security system. I hired SafeTight because they seemed the perfect fit for what I needed to install my cameras. It didn't take long to discover I had made the right choice. My first meeting was with Neptali. Before starting the project, He explained what they'd do, the duration, and the project's cost. All went as planned. He never pressured me. He and his co-worker, Jesus, were punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly honest. During installations, as they did add-on cameras later, they were hardworking, exemplifying superior tech abilities, and worked at a constant high-competency level. They encased all cable/wiring in electric metallic tubes in inconspicuous locations, such as below eaves, etc.
It was a pleasure during business with this company. I was satisfied with all costs incurred. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have cameras installed. Once again, they, along with their customer service, are delightfully helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
