As a small business owner I cannot express how important it is to feel that you have a partner and friend when dealing with security issues and setup. Neftali and Safetight has been an absolute dream to work with. Not only do I get to support a small local business, but they are fast, responsive, efficient, professional, kind, reasonably priced and excellent communicators throughout the process. I've been working with Safetight for about two years now after having been with Bay Alarm for the previous 10+ years and the difference is staggering. The response time for monitoring is not only faster, but it also costs less. When I reach out with any questions, I get real help and they only sell me things when I actually need them. I have been able to consistently count on them to deliver exactly what I expect (and more). And since we have been burglarized on more than one occasion, sadly, I have direct knowledge of the massive difference it makes when a company has a monitoring service that responds quickly and shows up when you need them vs lagging response times and weeks out from scheduling for upgrades after an incident. Neftali clearly cares about the safety and security of his community and I can't recommend Safetight enough.

We had been broken Into several times at our Downtown Oakland Nightclub. SafeTight Security came in and helped us get the Club more secure and got us taken care of. They were even able to integrate with and upgrade our old system. Definitely recommend.
